I have made changes on my site, but they do not appear why?

Possible reasons for the problem might be one or more of the following:

  • Your ISP is running transparent proxy servers on their dialup network. These proxy servers may have the old site cached.
  • The site could be cached on your local computer.
  • When you are on the site press "Ctrl + F5", this will force the browser to fetch the latest information from the server.

Disable any proxy server set-up in your browser.

We recommend that you copy and paste the username and password from the email into a text editor, like Notepad for instance. This is to prevent you from copying any additional spaces. Then you should copy the username and password from the text editor into the program as required.
